Yes, spatial perception, on Kant’s view, as spatial intuition, is an innate capacity/faculty in all sentient animals including human animals: so it’s operative in all infant proprioception, as well in the infant’s other senses.
The concept of space, by contrast, is the product of the understanding, although grounded on spatial intuition, & it’s a discursive achievement, hence it requires the emergence of linguistic competence in the child.
