Yes, that remark in th podcast about "hard-wiring in the brain" is too naturalistic/psychologistic, & not what I'm aiming at, which as you correctly say, is a position between Fregean-style platonism & logical psychologism.
Logical laws have the same ontological status as the universal innately-specified structures of rational human minds: irreducible to contingent, sensory facts, but also directly accessible to human self-consciousness & reflection.
